Bleeding Gums

The bleeding of the gums can be caused by something as common as periodontal disease but if it persists may be a sign of a grave illness such as leukemia or bleeding and platelet disorders.

To prevent bleeding of the gums have to follow the instructions of the dentist, brushing wrong and wrong use of dental floss can damage or irritate the gum tissue.

The most common cause of bleeding is gingivitis or inflamed gums. This disease is caused by not properly cleaning is performed either by brushing or visits to the dentist, the plaque from teeth in the gum line and generates the scale.

If you are strongly brushing the gums may bleed.
