Healthy Nails

There are various home remedies to have a more healthy and strong nails. As a first recommendation, it is important to consume milk and dairy in all its forms, as they not only provide calcium to our bones but also to our fingernails.

Nail hardening: Crush two cloves of garlic along with 3 drops of olive oil and apply on nails at night

To stimulate nail growth and strengthen nails: Apply lemon juice directly onto the nails. You can also combine the lemon with crushed garlic to accelerate growth.

Whiten nails: To whiten nails recommends gently rubbing a cotton swab soaked in apple cider vinegar.

Another home remedy for whiter nails: Soak nails in lemon juice for 5 minutes, rinse hands with warm water and dip them in milk for 5 minutes, rinse with warm water, can be repeated every day.

Nail hardening: A very effective home remedy for hardening nails, nail is immersed in an infusion of the plant called horsetail for 20 minutes every day.
