Pregnancy Blood Circulation

Your first pregnancy is causing you problems of movement? Do you feel sore and heavy legs all the time?

Listen to our recommendations and you'll improve your circulation.

* Wherever possible, avoid high heels, stockings with rubber and heat. It is better to use flat shoes or with very little heel.
* You can relieve the heaviness of pregnancy lightening creams for the legs and compression stockings.
* Take a shower circular from the ankles to the thighs at least twice a day. This will facilitate the return circulation.
* The spa and sauna are prohibited during pregnancy.
* Instead of a warm bath, used to warm or cold showers.
* The gentle massage will allow you to improve circulation and tone muscles. Be careful to always put yourself on your back.
