Eggs
Oats contain only Biotin (Vitamin H), eggs also have high levels of this component, so it's good that you include in your diet. Not very much because we know that is a major cause of cholesterol. The egg also has vitamin A and B, the latter is ideal for increasing fatty acids and the skin becomes dry and not wrinkled. On the other hand is an antioxidant vitamin essential for growth and renewal of skin cells and ensures a bright and smooth skin.
