Feelings
Some people find that sharing your feelings with someone you trust-someone who will echo what you are going, it helps them feel better. This may involve express everything you feel, and even mourn the shoulder of a friend or family and let it comfort you. Others help after leaving home and do those things you normally enjoy doing, like going to a movie or concert, to disconnect from suffering. It is possible that people with the best intentions, does not understand the depth of your feelings and try to encourage you with statements like "get over" or "I'll meet someone else.” Probably these people are trying to help the only way they know. But if you get the feeling that a certain person is unable to understand what you're going or try to minimize your feelings, talk to someone who understands you better.
