Decision Making:Do not Delusions
Do not delusions, it is very easy to do: when we make a decision we often find reasons to support our alternative and the reasons we do not consider the question. This problem increases when we surround ourselves with people who think like us, so the more heterogeneous the management team the better the decision-making. It is a mistake that managers surround themselves with mediocre people who only endorse their decisions and not criticize them. It is also usual to resist accepting that something is going wrong and to accept the losses. Funny how well the value is subjective: the losses are affected more than the earnings, which lead us to take risks too high not to accept the losses.
